Terms of use

The terms apply as follows. Clearly stating that these are fan-art.

  • Naval Stars (NavaS)
  • AI Working! (AIW)

Permited and Banned for Expressions and Use

  1. Permitted expressions as follows.
    1. For all ages are allowed to express.
    2. Even if works that are just little or so got away from official, they will also be protected.
    3. Soft sexual expressions or violent are allowed to express.
    4. When posting sexual or violent material, limit the communities to which it can be posted to hide it from the general public. To do this, refer to the public's value standards.
  2. Banned expression as follows.
    1. To damage the image of works or characters.
    2. To create content that is misleading as official's.
    3. To use official content or fan-arts to broad personal ideas.
    4. To use fan-art without the author's permission.
    5. Intended to portray sexual, violent, defamatory, insulting, discriminatory, political, religious, criminal, drug, anti-social or otherwise socially unbecoming material.
    6. BL fan-arts containing sexual expressions for adults. Even if it does not contain it, I DO NOT recommend BL fan-arts.
  3. Remember RESPECTS for every countries navy and heros/heroines!!

    4. Disclaimer

    The guidelines is a standard to ensure the smooth running of fan activities.
    I am not responsible for any problems caused by fan activities.
    Enquiries and reports on the content of the guidelines and fan activities will not be answered individually.
    Those that deviate significantly from the guidelines, or are deemed malicious even if they do not, may be contacted directly.
    The guidelines may be updated without advance notice.

表現・利用の許可・禁止

  1. 許可されていることは、以下です。
    1. 全年齢向けは、自由に表現することができます。
    2. たとえ大きく逸脱していたとしても、公式作品の歴史から乖離しているものも、保護されます。
    3. 軽微な性的描写・暴力描写も、自由に表現することができます。
    4. 性的描写・暴力描写は、世間一般的な価値観を基準にし、不特定多数に届かないよう公開範囲を限定してください。
  2. 禁止されていることは、以下です。
    1. 作品またはキャラクターのイメージを損なう内容。
    2. 公式コンテンツであるという誤解を招く内容。
    3. 公式コンテンツや二次創作を利用し、個人の思想を発信すること。
    4. 二次創作物を、その二次創作者に無断で使用すること。
    5. 過度な性的描写・暴力描写、中傷、侮辱、差別、政治、宗教、犯罪、薬物、反社会、その他コミュニティや社会通念に大きく反する目的。
    6. 成人向け描写を含むBL二次創作。含まれていないとしても、公式の見解としてはBL二次創作は推奨しておりません。
  3. 自衛隊・各国海軍や英雄たちへの敬意を忘れずに！！
